1. In App Store Connect, open Users and Access, then Integrations, then Team Keys.
2. Make a key with the Admin, Finance or Sales role. Admin is needed only to request analytics reports.
3. Download the key file. Apple lets you download it once.
4. Note the Issuer ID and Key ID shown above the list.
5. Your vendor number is in Payments and Financial Reports.

Enter the four in RevRun's setup. The key goes to your Keychain and never leaves your devices.

No. With iCloud Keychain on, the key and IDs reach your other Macs, iPads and iPhones signed in to the same Apple Account, and setup closes itself. Each device then downloads its own reports from Apple.

Apple makes App Store analytics reports on request. RevRun asks once, with a key that has the Admin role, and Apple usually delivers the first files within a day or two. After that they arrive daily on their own.

Replying needs a key with the Customer Support, App Manager or Admin role. With another role, RevRun reads Apple's public review feed instead: the newest 50 written reviews per storefront, without your replies.

Apple pays each fiscal month's proceeds within 45 days of the month's end. Until that month's Payments report arrives, RevRun adds up the daily sales reports, which are in each store's own currency and before Apple's final exchange rates. When you drop in the Payments report, the month turns Confirmed, and RevRun shows how far the estimate was off.

App Store Connect's Trends show sales, not what you are paid. RevRun shows proceeds after Apple's commission and taxes, grouped by Apple's fiscal months, which don't start on the 1st. Refunds and tax adjustments can also land in a later month.

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in RevRun and choose Restore purchases. Pro also opens on its own once the App Store confirms it.

In your Apple Account's subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is paid once and never renews.

Apple handles every purchase, so refunds are asked for at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yes. With Pro, add each app, and for another team its own key and vendor number. To move everything to another Apple Account, use Export and Import in Settings under Data.
